DONATING A PROPERTY
You understand that by donating a property, funds raised will be donated to your chosen charity
OUTSTANDING PROPERTY FINANCE
It is the donors responsibility to inform us upon submission of property details, if there is any outstanding finance agreement on the said property and the correct settlement figure.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
All payments will be made by bank transfer to the chosen charity, as indicated by the donor.

That all information supplied to
DONATE A PROPERTY, on behalf of the donor is accurate. If the property has any legal, financial or any other liabilities associated to the donated property, this must be declared by the donor upon submission to
DONATE A PROPERTY.
Please disclose any known defects with the property other than those that should be reasonably apparent on a visual inspection. The donor is the legal owner and/or has the authority to act on behalf of the legal owner.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
The donor must provide all documents relating to the property as reasonably required by law.
YOUR LIABILITY
You will be held responsible for any losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, we incur as a result of (i) any breach by you of our Terms & Conditions; (ii) your use of our Website or Service in violation of any law; or (iii) infringement of the rights of another person.
ADMINISTRATION
Sales of property to the sum of £100,000 attract an admin fee of 15%. Sales of property that achieve a sum greater than £100,000 attract an admin fee of 12.5%. Please understand that we do need to make this charge to cover general administration and legal costs, staffing and advertising.
THE DONATE A PROPERTY PROMISE
We will use our very best endeavours to conclude a satisfactory sale of a property to benefit the charity of your choosing. However, any guaranteed amount cannot be given or implied before a property has been sold and the funds have been donated to your chosen charity.
